I have a small ball upright cleaner that won’t stay upright. Can this be repaired. Nothing appears to be broken.

This happened to us last year. Maybe it’s more common than we know.
I remember it because it was the first time, I received an in box note written by the engineering service. They mentioned the Main Body had snapped, breaking the locking mechanism.
Forgive the extremely poor schematics, the main body isn’t repairable by a user. Unless another member contradicts me. I believe this requires a completed replacement.
Dyson provide a 5-year guarantee against their upright vacuums. They should replace this free of charge.
