I have been waiting for this to be available forever! All the information says that Dyson does not know when it will be in stock. How is this possible? They are available on ebay for 4x the price!

With some tools, especially for the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler, they are selling out as soon as we have any stock replenished.
Please do sign up to be notified when it's back at the product listing page - and keep trying. We don't have an ETA at this time.
