I told my cousin who lives in the United States to buy the dyson airwrap for me . Therefore it isn’t working in Pakistan . I tried multiple universal converters but it still doesn’t work . I’m already past the returning date for full refund . I think it isn’t working because of the difference in voltage between US and Pakistan . Can dyson arrange of replace the wire or plug of my dyson ? Please help me because this is very expensive…
