Hey Dyson community,
I gifted my wife the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer for her birthday and she loves it!
I must admit, I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with the presentation box. This video led me to believe that it would come with the presentation box, so what gives? 😅. We’re UK based - does the presentation box only come with the Nural in certain regions? Was this a limited time promotion?

Accessories and display/storage options will often vary by product and by market - and as you’ve mentioned, sometimes they may be included as part of a limited time promotion.
Currently in the UK, our Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryers do not include a presentation case. You can see what’s included with each variant under ‘In the box’:
Dyson Supersonic Nural™ in Ceramic patina and topaz.
Dyson Supersonic Nural™ in Vinca blue patina and topaz.
