It looks like there could be a temporary issue with the booking system. I’m reaching out to the right internal team to investigate this further, and I’ll update as soon as I have further news here.

Thank you. I appreciate your help on this. Is there anyone I can talk to in the meantime as I am struggling to get any curl to stay in my hair. I followed all the instructions asper the video and the ends go straight after a while, even when using products with hold.
Curls look great when I curl it, lasted about 30 minutes today
