Purchased the airstrait and my hair has been falling out since. Returned and customer care never responded to complaint. I own their hairdryer and have used the airwrap with no problems so made the mistake of trusting their product. I noticed the hair loss 2 days later as my hair was literally shedding in my hands. My hair is still falling out weeks later. I have cried many times. This hair has come from the root. My hair when straight reaches the very end of my back. I have 3c curls. I have lost so much hair and don't understand how this could have happened from one use, and how there are no reviews discussing this.

  Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and how they made it stop.
