I live in Armenia and want to buy the Dyson Airwrap i.d. (HS08). Although Dyson products are not officially available in Armenia, local retailers import them from Europe and India. My question is: would I be able to use its id functionality without the MyDyson app? Or is there another way to make it work?

For the best user experience we wouldn’t recommend purchasing a Dyson machine manufactured for sale in one country for use in another country. We don’t offer an international guarantee, and it can be very difficult for us to provide an effective level of support in the event of a breakdown.
Although the MyDyson™ app is widely available, it’s not available to download everywhere, or in markets where we don’t actively sell our machines.
A connection with the MyDyson™ app is needed to use the i.d. curl™ functionality on your Dyson Airwrap i.d™ multi-styler, so you wouldn’t be able to benefit from this feature without the app connection.
