Dears I have a question I just bought the new Dyson Airwrap Id 2 days ago,
when I started using it it started to flash white only with the smoothing brush and turned off,
what to do any advice it’s still brand new 😭

Your machine should reset automatically on it’s own once it’s cooled down, but you would need to resolve the issue to prevent it from shutting off again.
What did you find when you checked the articulating plates on the Soft smoothing brush?

I checked when it’s off it moves freely however when the machine is on and the brush starts to move I feel like the hot air is stuck and then the machine turns off,
