I purchased Dyson air wrap on amazon.de in nov 2022, the motor is making a strange noise and it wont work. I have contacted every amazon country and no one will help me they say the serial number does not belong to them and I am now at a loss. on the label it has EU so I believe that means it is European but even when I search on site its not recognised. I went to Dyson Malta (where we live) and was told if we take it we charge you to open it and then no guarantee it will work in fact likely not! I thought Dyson has a good warranty so why wont anyone help me?
