BUYER BEWARE-Terrible Customer Service-Endless Wait for Refund

I never thought I would have to write this review.  Dyson was always a great company with great customer service. I have purchased many products in the past. This is no longer--BUYER BEWARE!  I ordered a Dyson AirWrap Long on February 10th, 2025.  I realized I made a mistake and the next day, called Dyson to see if I could exchange the product with the airwrap id that  I meant to order.  The item had already shipped...so the representative said she would reroute the shipment and return to sender.  BUYER BEWARE-I was provided tracking information and although this took time, the item was received back in Ontario on February 24th.  BUYER BEWARE-I waited 7-10 business days and had several online chat sessions with representatives who took an hour each time-with no result- to try and connect with “higher representatives”-BUYER BEWARE.  I called and spoke with a representative-this call also took and hour with no confirmation email as promised and no refund as promised-BUYER BEWARE-  Last chat was today which resulted in a call back from a “higher representative” assuring me that I will receive a refund in 2-3 business days..I am not holding out hope.  Sadly, I ordered an airwrap id shortly after I placed rerouted the first order. I will be selling it online and will support Shark for everything going forward.  BUYER BEWARE-this company is not what it used to be.  They have no regard for their customers and obviously aren't even reading the feedback they are given to try and do better.  By the number of comments on this very topic- this company does not deserve the business.  If you are thinking of buying a Dyson product, all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
