Dyson Corrale hair straightener is not holding a charge. How to complain to dyson about thier product s and customer service


The battery on my Dyson Corrale hair straightener is not holding a charge. It used to last for 30 minutes of cord-free styling, but now it dies after only 1 minute i have had  for about 3 yrs  i have  tried charging it multiple times, and i have  followed all the  troubleshooting steps from Dyson's website . uk customers service is so poor and i am extremely unsatisfied and they know the issue is worldwide but want me to spend more money to get it replaced ..spending over 400 pounds on a item  that i cant use and it  was advertised as cordless should last over 10 yrs .now the item is useless

We can only apologise if you're unhappy with the resolution offered. Since your machine is unrepairable in this instance, we’ve extended a 25% discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.

It won't be possible for us to override the resolution you've been offered by your local Dyson Customer Care team, but we will be happy to pass your feedback on your experience along to the right people for you.

how is it in this day on age to sale unrepairable products which cost over 400 pounds and then try and fob you off with a 25 % discount if u buy dyson again such ridiculous company

Im just amazed how they are still selling..just such horrible customer service ..no one in my friends and family circle will be buying dyson anymore will also be putting this on social media ..how this company is just taking  our money for for unrepairable products and expecting us to buy again with pathetic 25 %discount
