Hello I am looking to buy V15 and mainly have hard floors. I have a long haired dog. I have been recommended to use the soft head cleaner on the hard floors. How does this head cope with dog hair & how is to detangle?

The V15 is a great peace of kit.
Good battery/running time, powerful suction, an ease to set up and frankly LESS hassle to store than my other vacuum. In reflection, my only wish was that I chose the more expensive Absolute model, instead of the standard Detect. The extra tools would have been handy.
