Cordless V11 - Missing parts on arrival (John Lewis Purchase)

V11 i puchased a V11 from John Lewis and it arrived without a Motorbar cleaner head. 

Anybody had similar and a solution please?

Hi Peter, 

I overlooked this post on Friday as nothing was given away in the title/description. I am surprised one of the mods didn’t pick this up and better classify the message.

As it is still showing as unanswered today, I thought I’d give it a read. 

Easy answer here is, no this is not normal. If you hadn’t purchased an ex-display or a previously returned unit with a discount applied for missing parts, I’d expect a full loadout. Dyson can replace the parts free of charge, however I’d be tempted to have John Lewis exchange / replace the entire machine.
