Hi has anyone experienced a drilling like noise when using the torque head on the V15 detect absolute please.

It’s brand new and this is my third time of using it. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and tried it with the different heads which it is fine with so only makes this noise when using the torque head.

Yeah, when there’s either cord or hair wrapped around the axel at the end or if the brush bars been knocked. Although there would need to be some considerable force for the second one.

Try following the steps on here to remove / replace the bar.

If that fails, you’ll have to make a claim with Dyson for a new part.
