I contacted support to find out if I need to return all the components of my old v11 vacuum. He told me that I just needed to return my machine.
So my question is can I keep the wand tube and other parts?
what exactly do I need to return. The machine could mean just the motor and battery unit as I understand it.

Hi, I purchased the V15 and want to return my old V10 for the £100 trade in. I have no way of returning it as I don’t know how to. I have spoken to 3 unhelpful people on the phone who have said that I will receive an email with the return label and am still waiting. Can you please help me with this as I’m going round in circles. I was even given an email address to contact - owner.support@dyson.co.uk which does not exist!
