How do I start a self-cleaning cycle with my Dyson WashG1 wet cleaner?

My new washg1 does not self clean…any suggestions?

Ordinarily you should be able to initiate your Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner’s self-clean cycle following the steps in our video guide:

 

If it doesn’t seem to be working for you, are you able to provide any other details about what’s happening when you try to start self-cleaning - are there any errors or alerts shown on the LCD display, for example?
