gen 5 detect no live particle tracking

I have it in auto mode so it’s the right setting 

I’m thinking maybe a design floor given 2 heads have the same problem

Does the experience shown in the video guide reflect what you’re seeing from your machine?

No it doesn’t. I see absolutely no movement of shy bars at all when vacuuming in auto mode with the tile cleaner across my 2 new gen 5 detects 

I see a summary at rhe end but not live tracking at all 

I have the same problem with my v15s detect subarine

When you say the tile cleaner, are you able to confirm exactly which cleaner head you’re referring to - do you mean the Fluffy Optic head?

The Dyson fluffy optic cleaner head. I have purchase two Dyson gen 5 detects. Both are faulty with the same problem. No live particle tracking 

Yes the head as shown

ive now gone through 4 gen 5 detects - all don’t have any live particle tracking 

there is obviously a serious design flaw at Dyson
