This happens with the first and second suction but the strongest suction is running fine? How do I fix this?

- Which model of Dyson vacuum do you own? You’re welcome to share a pic if you’re not sure!
- Does your machine pulse rapidly on and off before it shuts off, or does it shut off immediately?

Hi Jack! I believe its a v11. Looks exactly like this one. The machine on the first two modes run for 1 second and shuts off instantly. I need to let go of the button and press a few more times (no response at all the machine doesn’t run) until maybe 5 seconds later and the same thing happens. The strongest mode however works perfectly fine.
The odd thing was that this only happened to the first mode. And then two months later both the first and second mode began having this issue. Thanks.
