This is Guru from India. I am using Dyson V11 Absolute Pro SV15 machine that I purchased in 2021. Just 2 weeks ago, my Dyson started giving pulsating issues in eco and medium mode but works fine in boost mode. When I contacted Dyson customer care, I was told that the main body of my machine needs to be replaced and is currently out of stock.. I have requested for main body spare part replacement.. Service ticket raised - 29321905, 29293996.
could you guys pls help in expediting this replacement request with Dyson so that I can continue using my machine .
