Brand new Gen5 detect - Wheel fell off on first use.

Not impressed with Dyson’s quality control. Just out of the box Gen5 detect first use and one of the wheels on the cleaning head fell off.
Was told by support ‘this sometimes happens’. Yeah for a £200 hoover not one that cost £769!

Product has been returned - get your act together Dyson!
