I bought my Dyson v12 detect slim a little over a year ago and it was fine until today when I tried to use it. For some reason it won’t turn on at all even after an hour of charging. It stays absolutely dead with no lights either. It hasn’t been through any significant event that would cause it to suddenly not work anymore either. Any idea on why this is happening?
