Worst product I’ve owned in a long time. Has anyone else solved this problem. The machine runs, even on self clean, for under 15 seconds and then comes up with an alert to empty the dirty water tank, even though there’s no water in it.

G1 Floor washer leaking and constantly tells me to empty the dirty container even when there’s nothing in there.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience so far, this isn’t what we’d normally expect. Just to check, I appreciate you’ve emptied the dirty water tank, but has the Debris tray also been emptied after the cleaning session?
