Called 15.9.24, asked to speak to a manger - still waiting. 2nd set of Dyson Corale straighteners. First set replaced as battery not holding charge, Replacement set same issue. One would think that for the cost of these items that would last longer than a year. Was told to use by connecting wire which in my opinion totally defeats the object of cordless straighteners. Biggest waste of money every definitely would not recommend.
