1st day brought it brand new and did it as per instruction manual and via Dyson app.. charge the G1 over the dock and it’s not even changing and can’t even turn on the vacuum.
Tried taking out battery and reinsert it.. works for a short while and once power off and idle for awhile, the screen went blank and can’t turn on! Disappointing on Dyson..
Does it happen to anyone?

Hi Jack.. I was advise by Dyson support centre to go down to service centre.
they did a check and it was the battery faulty, hence the problem of the g1 cannot be turned on.
