Bought the most expensive stick vacuum on the planet and with that I expected top notch quality, engineering and durability!!!! Wrong!!!! First disappointment was the 25 cent plastic trigger that cracks on every (I’ll bet) Dyson!!! If a person can’t figure out how to replace, that person will pay $100+ to get it repaired!!@! And now my Dyson will not switch power modes!!! Any clue on how to repair this????????
