Dyson V11 Blank Screen and Flickering Lights Issue

Hi everyone,

It’s a fairly new Dyson V11, and the filters are clean. It seems to be charging because when I connect it, the white lights flash for a second. But when I try to turn the display, it stays blank screen, and if I try to power on the vacuum, the white lights just flicker nothing else happens.

Any ideas on what could be causing this white blank screen issue?
