Dyson v8 (SV10) charging error

Hi, 

Having an issue with the v8 (Sv10) model

Single flashing red light when trying to charge

Single flashing red light when trigger is used 

Single flashing blue light when trigger is held for 10 seconds

Was working a week ago, and then ran out of battery and have not been able to use it since
