Why won't Dyson let me leave a product review?

I bought the Gen5Outsize Absolute this past spring and I have tried to love it. My previous Dyson vacuum was 10 years old so I thought this was going to be great. However, overtime I hate it more every time I use it. I have one dog (lab) and one medium haired cat and it does NOT pick up hair, especially on any type of furniture and it is so frustrating. I contacted Dyson and they said there is nothing they can do, so i asked how to leave a product review, and they would not tell me! They told me I can email customer support.

Around 21 days after registering your Dyson machine via the website or the MyDyson™ app, you should receive an email from Dyson inviting you to leave a review. This email will include a direct link to the review form.

If you’ve already registered, please check your email inbox including the junk mail folder for any communications you may have missed.

Got a Dyson vacuum cleaner a little over a year ago. The cleaner head ball wheel broke off after very little use after a few days use. Contacted Dyson who replayed they are out of stock of cleaner heads but offered that I could buy a completely new vacuum with a 20% discount. I replayed that I was willing to wait until back in stock. Had to follow up many times with always the same answer. Until finally after 6 month I got an e-mail that the cleaner heads are back in stock. At that point I contacted customer support however they replied that they had arrange for replacement of the complete vacuum already and a different department would arrange the return shipment. This never happened and after repeated follow-up customer support has never been able to solve this issue. They said they can not send me a replacement head because a return was already initiated. Now one year has passed and when following up there is no more reply from customer support.

I will never ever buy a Dyson product again!

Clever move by Dyson to let customers only review their products on the website for a short time. Problems usually occur only after some use of a product.
