Anyone having suction issues with the V11 cordless upright?

My work schedule doesn’t align with Dyson’s customer service support. I spoke to a Dyson rep who needed me to be home with the item. I’ve been getting a message error stating that something is blocking but this only happens on high settings. This has been going on for over a yr now, I’m over it at this point & thinking bout throwing the vacuum away & not ever investing in a Dyson product again. This vacuum has the cleaned throughly! Product was brought back in 2020 if that helps.

Good morning,

Yes, Dyson had me purchase the main body & Cyclone. I brought more filters, cleaned the floor attachment with a damp cloth & use an old toothbrush to clean the motor(avoided water near motor).
