Can't find "CleanTrace Module" in MyDyson app

I just got the CleanTrace phone mount for my Gen5Detect Absolute. I have an iPhone 16 Pro and I updated to the latest version of the MyDyson app which got released just 14 hours ago. The vacuum is registered to my account and appears in the app.

But I can’t figure out how to use the cleantrace. In the “Discover Dyson” section there’s a thing about the CleanTrace, but it just has a link that opens dyson.com.

On the product page it says “The Dyson CleanTrace module can be found in the MyDyson app.“ 

Just now looking at the page again, it says “iPhone 12 and above.”, but then in the FAQ below it lists out a bunch of models but not the iPhone 16 Pro. Perhaps dyson needs to update the app to detect iPhone 16 Pro and Pro max models.

To update as promised, we’ve worked with our App development team to resolve things and you should now be able to use Dyson CleanTrace™ with iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max handsets.

Please try closing the MyDyson™ app completely. On reopening you should now be able to see the Dyson CleanTrace™ module for your Dyson Gen5detect™ vacuum.
