I bought a “Dyson V11 filter” (see image) for my "Dyson V11 torque drive extra" but it doesn’t work.
The display says “filter not sealed”.
Does the "Dyson V11 torque drive extra" needs a filter different from the classic “Dyson V11”?

We would like to inform you that the Dyson V11 Torque Drive Extra uses the same filter as the standard Dyson V11 models.
This means you can interchange the filters between these models without any issues.
