problem with my duson wash g1

Hi

I bought a Dyson wash g1 last week and unfortunately it has been broken since that day and does not work.

I live in a country that does not have Dyson after-sales service.

My machine keeps giving the message empty the tray error.

I also saw in people's comments that everyone has problems with this machine

Is there a way to fix it?

I really regret buying this machine and paying a lot of money.

Depending on the exact issue with a machine, we would normally be able to offer either a replacement part, a repair, or in some circumstances an exchange. You can find the full terms of the Dyson warranty on Dyson.com.

We’d need to know which country you’re based in to confirm what options may be available for you in this particular instance.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’ve had with your Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner. Please note, we always advise against buying a Dyson machine in one country for use in another - this can make it extremely difficult to offer support in the event of a breakdown.

Please can you let us know which country you’re currently based in?

Dear Manager,

Hi

 thank you for your response.

I have been using Dyson products for years.

The issue is not in which country I live, but rather why a large company like Dyson produces a defective product and has no response other than replacing the device and has not provided any information about this.

Apparently all manufactured devices have this problem.

We paid a lot of money to buy a defective device and unfortunately there has been no response, information or apology from the company.
