Does anyone know how to escalate matter at Dyson please?
We have always loved Dyson products but their customer service is absolutely disgusting.
we bought a Wash G1 and after going faulty twice in quick succession, we returned it for a refund. We are now over 7 weeks and still no refund. We have called them at least 10 times, been told we will have our refund in 24-48 hours 3 to 4 times. Been told we will get a call back 3-4 times. Lodged complaints and been told we will get a call within 5 days. We can’t get past the first person who answers the phone and all they do is LIE because nothing ever happens. We are £600 down and no floor cleaner. I can’t believe a company with the image that Dyson has treats its customers so poorly.
