Extremely Disappointed – Still No Refund After Two Months!

I am beyond disappointed with Dyson’s customer service. I purchased a Dyson hoover, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. That was two months ago, and I am still waiting for my refund.

 

I have contacted Dyson multiple times—at least four—only to be told the same thing repeatedly: “Your refund has been processed. Please allow five working days.” Yet, every time I check, no refund has arrived. It is incredibly frustrating to be given false promises with no resolution in sight.

 

This entire experience has caused me so much unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I trusted Dyson to be a reputable company, but this level of customer service is shocking. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they just keep giving me the same scripted response and expect me to wait indefinitely.

 

I don’t understand how a company of this size and reputation can handle refunds so poorly. It should not take two months to return money that rightfully belongs to the customer! At this point, I feel completely ignored and let down.

 

If you’re considering buying from Dyson, be warned—if anything goes wrong, don’t expect a smooth resolution. I regret purchasing from them, and after this experience, I will never buy from Dyson again. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared for a stressful and frustrating experience!

@kelsfarrell May I ask how you received your refund? I am having a problem with Dyson issuing my refund. I sent back an Airwrap 3 weeks ago and I still not do have a refund. Each time I called I have been given a different response. I finally opened a dispute with my bank but after speaking to Dyson’s customer service today, they told me to cancel my dispute otherwise they will not be able to issue my refund. My bank told me of if I withdraw the dispute then the dispute automatically goes in favor of the merchant. I am await I will not get my refund if I cancel my dispute.

@kelsfarrell Wow!!! 2 months!?! I surely hope I do not have to wait that long. I filed a dispute with my bank by the customer service rep at Dyson told me I need to cancel my dispute in order to get a refund. My fear is that I cancel my dispute and Dyson will not issue me a refund. My bank told me if I withdraw the dispute then the claim authors in favor of the merchant. I just don’t know how it can take so long for Dyson to issue a refund. There is proof that UPS delivered the package and it was signed for by Dyson.

I brought my Dyson humdinger to a Dyson Demo store for return.  They printed out the return label, pack and return it.  After 30 days I still haven’t got my refund yet.  I called in and they opened a claim but now they said I have to contact UPS for missing packages.  This was sent by Dyson store why claims on me?
