Hello Users,
Currently we have A Dyson V15 with some slight issues, It was purchased February 2024,
1) red gasket on the body seems to tear and/or dislodges from the gen5 body itself creating a leak. You can hear the leak while operating and also can be subdued by placing your finger onto of it.
2) the wheels on the ‘’digital motorbar cleaner head’’ seem to fall off. The first one happened weeks upon having the vacuum but again last week the second one just fell out upon normal usage
Does This Fall under Warranty?
