worst Machine ever. Dyson lies about customer satisfaction

I cant believe this customer satisfaction service.  My Dyson outsize was purchased not even two years ago. The dustbin and the brush head needs replacement since the parts are falling apart for such an expensive vacuum.  It has been months I have been trying to order parts and they are not in stock. I went to an authorized dealer and was told the parts have not been in stock for almost a year. So since there is no parts available,  what Im I to do with this expensive machine? It sits in the garage. Dyson won't even replace the machine since it's out of warranty,  one year after I got it. The customer service rep said nothing they can do since policy states out of warranty.  What a waste of my money. I will never buy another Dyson product again and will continue to spread my dissatisfaction with everyone I know
