awful customer service


I bought a Dyson Absolute V 11 in Nov 2019. I contacted Dyson in December 2024 regarding troubleshooting as my Dyson had stopped working. After troubleshooting, it was determined that I needed to replace the battery. However, the battery was out of stock and I was told that I would be contacted once it comes back in stock.
I am now months without a vacuum cleaner and have received no contact regarding the battery being back in stock. I wrote to askdyson@dyson.ie about it a month ago and received no response. It is impossible to find an email address to write to concerning my issue. Please provide me with an email address I can raise my complaint with concerning such poor service.

@carolineb  I could not agree more!!!! 
I purchased a V8 Absolut. Had suction issues.  Reached out to support in which I was encouraged to return the vacuum since it was still under warranty, and the part was not in stock. I did such, only for Dyson to return (IN MY ORIGINAL BOX) someone’s used old clearly defective V8 ANIMAL. So appalled, I contacted Dyson via phone- in which I was notified their online support is a separate entity than phone support- I had to return someone else’s vacuum all over again go through the month long process AGAIN — only to be here now, NO vacuum, horrible communication and not one person in customer support seems to know “what the issue is”. How human error can make such an awful experience and a billion dollar company instead of owning it and immediately sending me a new V8 Absolut, I’m continuing to hear “it’s at the warehouse”. It is so awful!
