I do use my V15 for about half a yeah. Today I did reallize that all dust/hair etc gathers in the cyclone not in below bin space. Is something did brake ?

This looks to be the result of a partially blocked, restricting the airflow into the lower half of the clear bin.
A quick fix here would be to inspect each part of the machine for a blockage and clean the filter.
