V10 The red seal has dropped out of the bin on my vacuum.

can this be put back in or will I have to buy a new bin,  The serial number is not on the metal plate on the battery so Im not sure how to ask for a replacement.  Any help would be aporeciated.  Thanks

Hi there @JLowe if the seal came apart from the Bin you would need a new bin. Can you remove the dust bin from your machine and see if you see a serial number on the main body of your machine.

Hi Teanna yes I can remove the bin.  The plate with all the information on is located on a plate on the battery but there is no serial number.  I’ve looked over the rest of the vac and can’t find it anywhere.  Thanks for your reply.

Hi Teanna. I ordered a new bin today.  Also for anyone else who might need to know I found my serial number behind the battery even though my vacuum does not have a slide in battery.  I opened the screws took the battery off and the serial number was there.
