How to install the Wand - Dyson ball animal (upright cleaner)

Hi, we've just bought the Dyson ball animal - how do you pull down the wand back into the tube please? Thanks

@Sha  Because there are many different models with similar names - to get you some specific info here, please go on the Dyson support page. There you can enter your Dyson serial number which will give you lots of instructional videos on using your new Dyson.
