I cannot open the bin to empty it. I try to pull the red flap on the top of the machine as usual but it seems jammed - don't want to force it in case it breaks. HELP!

If it goes about halfway-ish, or a little less you can try pulling it up slightly (and carefully!) and it should be fine. If not, look on the bottom sides where you can see the red tab near the debris lid and make sure its secure. Also confirm if the canister is fully attached properly. If you ensure all the tabs are secure and the canister is in place, it should work. Be careful though!
Not sure if there is a way to remove it if it’s stuck in place. Maybe you can pry it open with a screwdriver?
