I needed the DC65 looked at re 12 years of use and never been checked over.
Took it down to service depot and friendly assistant advised me not a problem. Any parts needed would be covered under fee of $199.00 and would be back in a week.
And that is exactly what happened.
Vacuum back with new internal hose assy, Pre FilterAssy, HEPA filter assy , Cleaner head assy and new COV hose assy, fully tested and it goes like NEW!
