I have a PH02 Dyson Pure Humidity+Cool Cryptomic and the pump column has gone bad. It is Part Number 971846-01 but Dyson’s website says it is no longer available.
Would the Pump Column for the PH04 and Ph03 Machines (Part No. 970753-02) work in a PH02 as the Part No. 970753-02 is available to purchase?

I guess you could only order it via phone. I was able to get most of the parts from their helpline only, after they check my serial number. Why don’t you give them a call? It also states on their website to ring them.
