The piece just above the main foot of my V10 stick vacuum has snapped! I'm not altogether sure what it's called, can anyone help?

Welcome to the Dyson Community - I’m sorry to see the neck of your Dyson Cyclone V10™ vacuum’s motorised floor tool has broken like this.
To resolve this you would need to replace the complete motorised floor tool as the neck isn’t supplied individually.
It doesn’t look like the cleaner head is currently available to order from our website, so please call the Dyson Ireland Helpline on 01-475-7109, or live chat to our Customer Care team on Dyson.ie
