Your Dyson Zone™ headphones include an official Dyson USB-C cable to recharge them. For the best experience, and to ensure compatibility, we recommend using the official Dyson USB-C cable supplied with your headphones.
- To begin charging, plug the USB-C cable into a wall plug or another compatible power source, and connect it to your headphones.
- The LED on the left earcup will pulse amber when charging, changing to a green ring of light when it is fully charged.
- After a 5-minute period, this green ring of light will fade to off.
- Check the charge level by pressing the airflow button on the left ear cup.
How long will my Dyson Zone™ headphones take to change?
From depleted, your Dyson Zone™ headphones will reach full charge in 3 hours.
- These timings can change depending on the USB-C cable being used, as well as the charging adapter.
- Charging from laptops and power supplies less than 15W can take significantly longer to charge the headphones.
- The battery life will improve with use. Allow at least 5 hours of initial use to achieve the best runtime performance.
