Why no spare parts?

Hi!

I have been waiting for a spare part for a V11 for quite some time now. Have been in contact with support, but they can not shed any light on this. In the meanwhile I see more and more spare parts for this machine ‘not in stock’. When I last checked, over 50% of the spare parts for the V11 were out of stock.

I bought this machine in 2022 and the guarantee ended january this year. Has this machine already reached the end of its lifecycle? Is Dyson in trouble? Why did they stop stocking spare parts for the V11 already?

Hoping someone can give some information about this.

I have a V11 and need a new drum . I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and still have not been notified . I really need the drum and am Frustrated at the length of time .

It will never be in stock.  Dyson is scamming customers so they have to buy a new vacuum.
