Hey - Anyone know why the Purifiers/fans don’t connect to a 5GHz network?

Hey @WoodenMan

Have you looked at the knowledge base content? If not, this article would help.

“Our first generation of connected products will only connect to a 2.4GHz network. Most routers are dual band and have a 2.4GHz and 5GHz network, so if your product is struggling to connect, you may need to disable the 5GHz network just while you complete the connection. Once connected, the 5GHz can be re-enabled.”

“All second generation air  treatment machines will connect to a 2.4GHz network and a 5GHz network. “
