So, I can’t use the “Scheduling your Machine” function on the Dyson app for my HP09 purifier. When I try to click on it it says 

 

This feature is temporarily
unavailable
This will be inactive, until your sottware
installation is complete. The icon above will
display on your machine while it is installing.
Please do not use your machine or switch it off,
during this time.

 

I have auto updates on but my purifier isn’t updating. How do I update the software so I can use the scheduling function?

Just checked on mine, I’m able to toggle it on and off without a problem. 

Is the machine new or has it been turned off for a while? It could be possible it’s still installing the latest software.. 

In either case, I’d suggest restarting the machine…

Just checked on mine, I’m able to toggle it on and off without a problem. 

Is the machine new or has it been turned off for a while? It could be possible it’s still installing the latest software.. 

In either case, I’d suggest restarting the machine…

Thanks Barry, it finally updated itself! It just took 3-4 days.
