Welcome to the Dyson Community!
Something like a small pair of scissors can be used to carefully cut wrapped hair away from this section of your Dyson machine’s Fluffy Optic™ soft roller cleaner head.
We’d recommend regularly checking the motorised soft roller for any tangled threads or hair and removing these before they’re able to migrate to the motor mount. The clear housing makes it easy to see when this needs doing.
