What has happened to Customer Service at Dyson? It is absolutely appalling. There is nowhere to place a formal complaint, via email or phone. The call centre staff have no idea about the products or how to deal with customers. I have many Dyson products and used to highly recommend Dyson to friends but will not be doing that any longer. If you finally get through on the phone they hang up if they cant answer the question, the chats ignore the question and just send product descriptions of different models and prices and push to you to order, even when that’s not why you contacted them. I have had a part on order for 6 months and keep getting a different story on its progress. How do i speak to someone to resolve issues?
